It was the most important game of the season so far and we produced our worst performance of the season so far.
With that result we took a big step towards relegation.

No surprises with the result on Saturday, and no complaints either.
What has been surprising though are the recent performances of Jody Craddock.
Most of us, including me, thought the veteran defender deserved a new contract at the end of last season.
Few of us thought he’d be anything more than a squad player though.
In recent games he’s proved himself to be an integral part of this team.

A lot of teams go to Stoke, lose a goal from a long throw, let their heads drop and leave the Potteries with nothing.

Wolves' comeback to grab a point at such a diffuclt hunting ground at the weekend made me beam with pride.

McCarthy's men might not be as techinically gifted or as incisive as other teams, but few can match their character.
