Wolverhampton Wanderers

Writer of the world's first football chant Edward Elgar, Led Zep frontman Robert Plant, soul star Beverley Knight, Olympic gold medalist Denise Lewis, energetic rabbit The Duracell Bunny and now homeless busker turned folk star Seasick Steve . . . Wolves fans one and all.

Yep, this weekend Steve told the morning TV show Something For The Weekend that he supported Wolves.
A lot of talent but years of heartache and struggle before now finally enjoying time in the limelight.
He's perfectly matched to the club.

Saturday left me with mixed feelings.
Goodison Park is a difficult place to go and we came away with a point.
The old war horse Craddock subdued in-form Louis Saha with an outstanding display.
However, we were two minutes from three points and left a man on the far post to slot in the equaliser unmarked.
So on paper a good result, but at the final whistle when we had come so close to victory I felt a little, well, seasick.
