Zele Ismail made a short sub apperance for Wolves in the 1-0 friendly win over Walsall last night.
This is the lad that the New Of The World once predicted as the first 100m footballer.
Certainly the kid looked like a phenomenal prospect in the Milk Cup. He won player of the tournament and you can watch some of his goals on YouTube.
He's playing in an age group a few years above his actual age too.
Just think, the next Wayne Rooney could be ours!
Of course, like the brilliant but ugly England man, there's no way he would spend more than 18 months as a first team regular at his mother club if he really is the next big thing.
Man U, Chelsea or Man City would surely swoop as soon as the goals started going in.
But a huge price for a young startlet could move Wolves on to the next level.
Like Everton, we could build an entire squad using the money from a single transfer and push on to the next stage in our development - challenging for trophies in the top division.
Exciting stuff, but the pressure on his shoulders will be immense. And of course he might get crocked by some big snotter from Stoke.
Just remember the name and keep your fingers crossed that he turns out to be the real deal. He could be about to announce himself on the big footballing stage.
