Wow, what a performance ! Where did that come from? I feel that I need to apologise for my last column for not having enough faith in the lads. How wrong can you get ?

Great performance. I wonder how much help we got from the freshly laid pitch at the DW Stadium and on the flip side of the coin I wonder how much we've been dragged down by having to play on that cabbage patch for the last few weeks ?

Suddenly, four points clear of the drop zone, and things are looking up. If we can get wins in the Bolton and Burnley games that are coming up this month then things will be looking even better.

I hope we kick on from the Liverpool game. There's been a few points this season where we've threatened to be a really good team (and also a few points where we've been absolutely dire) I just hope that this can be a platform to build on now.
