The Black Stars cut the wings of the White Eagles in a shocking performance by Radomir Antic’s men.

After a dull first half, Serbia looked the most likely to score but Milos Krasic didn’t take advantage of the space he was given in the 16 yard box as he blasted his shot straight at Ghana keeper Kingson.

Serbia was already down to ten men following Aleksandar Lukovic’s second yellow. This seemed to spark the White Eagles into action but substitute Zdravko Kuzmanovic handballed in the 16 yard box with less then ten minutes to go, gifting the African giants a spot kick. Asamoah Gyan sent Vladimir Stojkovic the wrong way and gave Ghana their first points at this World Cup.

There is still two games remaining for Serbia who need to recoup as quick as possible. Milovan Rajevac's excellent tactics shut down Serbia's key players Milos Krasic, Dejan Stankovic and Milan Jovanovic. It was clear that Rajevac studied Serbia onside out and has proven himself as a technical genius.

What can i say, It was hard to watch, especially after all the hype and excellent qualifying performances. It smells like the same old story concerning Serbia, but who knows they might even beat Germany.

It will be the last chance for a generation of players who have underachieved in the national side.
Zigic, Pantelic, Stankovic and even Vidic will be out to set things straight and lead Serbia against a powerful German side. The experienced players must support the inexperienced players and help them when times are tough.

Good Luck Serbia, Its not over yet!

Oh, it's definitely over. You just don't know it yet. :) Serbia is an average team, and until that is admitted, we will never be satisfied with their performance. So, an average team plays and average football. Germany will win 3:0. I hope not, but that is the reality.

Red card on Klose was soft, but answer me this....is a deliberate handball by Vidic an automatic red card??? Bet Harry Kewell thinks so! Not taking anything away from Serbia who played well to their strengths, the Ref's need to be shot in some of these games.
