Sir John is not sure if others had their points changed; however, one point was added to his team's total for Week 1.
N'Zogbia was awarded four points instead of the three posted for the week.
Did other managers see their points change on other players? Sir John's total for the week was still a pathetic 42.
Condolences to those holding Petr Cech, now out for about four weeks with a knee injury. And Wilshere appears to be out for Arsenal with an injury. With goal D'Jour out and Gibbs sidelined, a youthful Gooners back line will be severely tested.
We shall see about Nasri joining Scarfcini and Spurs getting Adebayor on loan from City. That adds to the intrigue for the MU-Tottenham match on Monday although you wonder if 'Arry would use Adebayor on such short notice. As for MC, there still is the question about Carlito playing. That's a lot of salary sitting on the sideline. However, Aguero looked magnificent in his debut and played very well with Dzenko.
An unknown factor for Fantasy managers will be the toll that midweek games took on Spurs, Fulham and Stoke--all winners with Tottenham bagging five on the road against Hearts.
Finally, a message to Clint Dempsey from those Fantasy managers who hold the Texan: "Clint, save your braces for the EPL!"
Until later I remain,
Yours faithfully,
Sir John

Yeah, I had my three midfielders that went over 60+ (N'Zogbia, Arshavin, and Silva) with their teams earning shutouts receive their clean sheet points - I went from 51 to 54 for the week. If it weren't for the 33 total clean sheet points I got I'd have had a horrible week, since I only scored one lousy goal. But it's nice to see that the 60+ rule for clean sheets has been corrected.
BTW - Tottenham visits Old Trafford (ManU) on Monday, not Man City.

Hello Rick,
Thanks for the correction on Spurs-Man Yoo.
And for your input on other point changes.

you are not alone in this scoring correction. my total changed by one point, but I was fortunate enough to score a 59 despite Suarez's missed penalty that he made up for 5 minutes later. However, fantasy scoring (as life) balances itself out and received no credit for a goal that
Ashley Young completely created but it was rightfully credited as an own goal. Do you find it frustrating to watch the games and see how impactful your players are and then see their tiny points return because of a fluke bounce or something strange ? Also, with your 360 minutes and two goals post... I suggest you watch Europa League action if you can. Only two nil-nil matches out of about 25 to 30 matches goals galore.

Hello friend,
Thanks for the words back on point adjustments.
You are right that Fantasy competition can break your heart. My big gripe was Kenny D not starting my captain Kuyt and then the Dutchie getting a yellow which was doubled and I ended up with zilch.
Nice going on your 59 points having only one goal.
I've also wondered about how assists are determined. It seems that when one player blasts a shot at the goalkeeper and the ball spills away and another player then pokes it in the net, the first player should be awarded an assist.
