The fallout from Chelsea's furious reaction to crashing out of the Champions League semi-final continues to dominate the UK's papers, who all agree that it doesn't look good for Didier Drogba.
The Sun, the Daily Mail and the Daily Express report that the Ivory Coast striker will be forced out of the club this summer as a result of his actions.
Apparently club owner Roman Abramovich is livid with Drogba's profane rantings which were beamed around the world.
The Star think the writing is on the wall for Drogba as well, but don't expect Chelsea to let him leave unless they get a decent offer.
With serious punishment looming Drogba made a "grovelling apology", report the Daily Mirror but he can still expect a hefty fine and a ban.
The Daily Telegraph and The Times also report details of Drogba's apology but as the Independent point out the Chelsea striker stopped short of saying sorry directly to Norwegian referee, Tom Henning Ovrebo.
In the Guardian UEFA general secretary David Taylor said the governing body "expected better" from Chelsea and it's player - a heavy hint that severe punishment is coming their way.
Regarding Drogba's future the question must be: who on Earth would want to take the disgraced player off Chelsea's hands if the club are demanding top dollar for a player who is likely to have a hefty European ban?
Elsewhere the Sun claim that Bolton could refresh their interest in suspended Newcastle midfielder Joey Barton.
It is safe to assume that the St James' Park club would be very happy to let the Trotters take Mr Barton of their hands.
And finally, the Daily Telegraph report that Newcastle boss Alan Shearer will recall Michael Owen to the starting line-up for Monday's crucial game against relegation-rivals Middlesbrough.
Perhaps Shearer hoped by dropping Owen he would get a reaction out of his once talismanic striker. We will see if his gamble pays off.

Drogba acts like a small child. Apart from his rant, remember the incident where he did not get the decision on one of the penalty appeals. He appeared to throw himself on the ground in a tantrum. When he was substitued, I thought he was going to cry. I wish the commentors would stopping remarking about his strength as a player becuae he doesn't have any.

AN ODE TO AN UNPROFESSIONAL REFEREE
What a day so bright
sky so blue and full of light
men of honor gearing up to glory
while some foes are filled with fury
what a magnificent display
defensive line threatened but cant give way
midfield strategically positioned
and the attackers well sharpened
four times it happened
four good times it happened!
within the eighteen yard box
yet you galloped away like a fox
if only games could be decided on and off the pitch
if only referees could be red carded
i see no reason why u officiated that match
you would ve done better on a Rugby field
