The latest offering is from Gerard Pique: "He is physically very strong and is good with the ball at his feet. We are open to his arrival. If he comes, and from what I have read he could do, we would love to have him."

10.46 BST Lille defender Mathieu Debuchy insists he still wants to leave the Stade Metropole despite the club stating that he won't be sold. He said: "I heard what the
