22.22 GMT Crystal Palace manager Dougie Freedman says there have been no bids for reported Manchester United target for Nathaniel Clyne. "There has not been one single approach for one of my players, so, so far, so good," Freedman said.
21.43 GMT Bolton Wanderers have been granted a work permit for American defender Tim Ream, according to BBC Sport. Ream, who began his career with Chicago Fire Premier, has won seven USA caps.

19.43 GMT Galatasaray have announced that they have begun talks with Swiss side Basel over the transfer of Xherdan Shaqiri. "The club have officially begun talks with the professional football player Xherdan Shaqiri and FC Basel," The Turkish side said in a statement.

17.41 GMT: Werder Bremen have confirmed defender Andreas Wolf has joined French outfit Monaco on a three-and-a-half-year deal. Wolf, 29, joined Bremen last summer on a free transfer from Nurnberg and moves on with nearly 18 months remaining on his contract.

14.03 GMT: TEVEZ UPDATE! Carlos Tevez has reiterated his desire to sign for AC Milan. "I see myself only in the red and black shirt, I am hoping for Milan," Tevez is quoted by m24digital in Argentina.

We want him. The player and his agent know the situation. A striker will certainly arrive. If that isn’t Tevez then it will be Maxi Lopez – but it won’t be both.”

We would like to keep him longer, which is why we offered a new contract," he told the Yorkshire Post. Leeds have already rejected a bid from Norwich.

The Sun provides this morning's top transfer story. It is claimed that misfiring Liverpool will sign Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic.
Jelavic's dad Philip said: "We know about the interest of West Ham and QPR. But Nikica has five or six clubs that are interested, including that of the great Liverpool. As for West Ham and QPR, Nikica is more ambitious than that. It's most likely that he'll sign for Liverpool."
