Whats wrong with KD?I think it was a good deal. The stoke city match is a lesson to learn for KD.They need a striker. If he dosent buy any striker by the end of the transfer window,i guess we will not finish in the top 4.

Liverpool must have gone mad.
I love king kenn but I am begining to think we definetley need a new manager. We can't score
to save our lives and Carroll has looked like he can't even start for a Championship team the last few games. Bent swap would be amazing for Liverpool mark my words Carroll will never amount to anything! Please Liverpool get a Striker asap! Im begging you! Remy, Defoe, De Jong anyone!

Just can't believe Liverpool rejected the Carroll/Bent swap deal if the report was true. Who else does Dalglish thinks will pay £20m+ for a top flop like Carroll ? Although Bent may not be a top choice for Liverpool nor he too worth £20m+ as reported, but I am certain he would score more goals than Carroll ! If Dalglish really keen to hold on to Carroll, then I hope he loans him back to Newcastle & we get Ba instead. Bring in another top winger or creative midfielder is important too. Dalglish should go for a top young player like Hazard, Erikson or Shaqiri. If possible, get Granero now rather than wait until the summer. Another 16 days to go before the transfer window close & Dalglish got to act now & he can't afford to waste anymore time, after another disappointed result last nite, or Liverpool can kiss their CL place goodbye !

After watching Scholes play both in the FA cup match and yesterday's game against Bolton I'm not convinced he is the answer to the crisis in the midfield at United. It seems to be wishful thinking as a United supporter at this point to look for SAF to make a signing this window but we're only kidding ourselves saying he is the answer. He was a step behind last season and two now. Great player for a great club but I think he bowed out gracefully and is now setting himself up to be the Brett Favre of the EPL.

Arsenal really need to sign Honda. 13 millions pounds wont break the bank at all. I think they need to sign Honda, Mattias Suarez (Summer signing apparently),and a winger on loan Milos Krasic or Nene at PSG. If they can sign these players and get a forward on loan until Suarez arrives in the summer they will finish top 4. However knowing Wenger this wont happen.

Why do Bayern Munich want Berbatov? They already have a much better player in Mario Gomez. If anyone I think Liverpool should go for Berbatov, and obviously dump Carrol. 35 mil, what a waste. Berbatov was the scoring leader last year, along with Tevez. And Tevez would fit Liverpool perfectly as well.

Posted by Parker on 01/15/2012

Im a City fan so I'm not complaining, but if United want to make a late season push, they need to buy a center midfielder such as Christian erikson, that kids a talent. Or Joao moutinho at Porto. Also if City want to maintain this lead we need to buy a CB. Not just because Kompany is banned, but because Lescott doesn't cut it.

Hilarious that Chelsea fans think they have any chance at getting Higuain. He already reportedly turned them down even when they offered him more money. He doesn't want to leave Madrid and he isn't going to.

Posted by ruben3 on 01/15/2012

Chelsea can do wirh Lukaku if torres gets unjured. They need a winger so that mata can play behind strikers.

Posted by Cris on 01/15/2012

I definately agreed with the others, who calling for KD to be sack/replace, if LFC going to ever be a contender/fourth place finisher.
Besides the leftback, all his other signing has been a waste (Carrol, Jordan and Adam).

All on his own Carlos Tevez has managed to epitomize the spoiled child in every overpaid soccer player. He throws his toys out of the Man City pram and says his family want him in Argentina and yet he's tempted by the money bags at PSG!! Grow up Carlos and enjoy your football career while you still have one!!

As for me, as a liverpool fans i want kenny to send carrol to newcastel and colect ba, then he need to buy another sriker like remy. Thanks.

Posted by omobolaji on 01/26/2012

my expectation was for KD to loan or sell caroll and get a better striker who can score up to 20 goals in a season and also a very good attacking midfielder so that we can be hopeful of top 4 finish.
