22.10 BST: Schalke boss Felix Magath believes Raul would welcome a move to the club. “He would come here because it he seeks a challenge to do well in the Champions League again. He wants to play and score goals."
21.40 BST: David Trezeguet is staying at Juve next season despite fresh interest from Greece, Turkey and Qatar, according to his agent.
21.30 BST: Apparently Real Madrid want AC Milan defender Thiago Silva, but the player says he's not interested in the move. More here.
21.03 BST: Ronaldinho has apparently sacked his staff at his villa in Varese, and that's fuelled the talk he's off to LA Galaxy or Flamengo. Sky Sport 24 says AC Milan's Adriano Galliani will be holding a meeting with the player and his agent on Monday.
20.55 BST: Is Aleksandar Kolarov joining Manchester City? Lazio boss Edy Reja doesn't know, and he's getting more than a little tired of the whole thing. More here.
20.35 BST: Maicon had looked certain to stay at Inter this summer, but then his agent talked up Manchester City's interest on Friday and now he's saying Real Madrid might want him again. More here.

19.42 BST: Rangers boss Walter Smith wants to add two or three new players to his squad this summer. More here.
19.20 BST: A spot of managerial gossip. Sky Sports News claims Fulham are in talks with Ajax over compensation for manager Martin Jol.
18.52 BST: Sticking with the News of the World, West Ham are reportedly looking at the prospect of signing Partizan Belgrade midfield enforcer Radosav Petrovic.
18.27 BST: Former Barcelona midfielder Gai Assulin, 19, is to go on trial at Blackburn, according to the News of the World.
17.58 BST: Hull won't be offering a contract to Swiss defender Zlatko Hebib, according to the Hull Daily Mail. Hebib, 19, has been on trial at the KC Stadium.
17.44 BST: Diego Forlan has spoken on his future again and, again, it looks likely he'll be staying with Atletico Madrid. “I have a three-year contract, I am happy, I feel very much for the club and intend to stay here,” he told Launch.
17.18 BST: Sky Sports News claims Francis Jeffers will train with Blackpool next week with a view to a deal.
16.42 BST: Real Madrid could be set to let Royston Drenthe join Juventus on loan, according to reports in Italy.
16.10 BST: Newly-promoted Hercules are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the new La Liga season; they are on the verge of signing Matias Fritzler on a season-long loan deal from Argentine side Lanus.
15.56 BST: Werder Bremen general manager Klaus Allofs has re-iterated that the club is bracing itself for offers for highly-rated Germany starlet Mesut Ozil. Allofs said:
"I can already think that we will have offers in the next few weeks or just before the transfer deadline from a number of clubs. If something concrete comes, we have a duty to talk to Mesut and his advisors and to see what they want."
15.35 BST: Almeria youngster Pablo Piatti claims that Juventus are tracking him. The 21-year-old Argentine said: “I spoke to my agent about a few of the offers that arrived during the summer, but there was nothing concrete. However, for a player like me it is satisfying to look around and take into consideration proposals from clubs as important as Juventus.”
15.25 BST: Reader Christian Oyibu has been following Real Madrid's transfer developments carefully, and reckons that 'the Special One' had enough quality in the existing squad without the need to bring in the likes of Angel Di Maria:
"I think Jose Mourinho should work with the players he met at Real Madrid for one season before spending money on players, because I believe that real madrid have what it takes to rule the world of soccer again. Kaka, Ronaldo, Ramos, Alonso etc are world class players."
15.08 BST: Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has told Croatian Soccer Report that he is on the verge of bringins Spartak moscow's Croatian stopper Stipe Pletikosa to White Hart Lane.
14.39 BST:Sochaux have confirmed they have reached an agreement with Rennes for the transfer of midfielder Stephane Dalmat, and they will become the 31-year-old's 11th club.
14.28 BST: Juan Roman Riquelme had been linked with a move to Europe after being released by Boca Juniors, but it seems as though the playmaker will be returning to his former side. He wants to return to the Argentine giants, and the club's new manager Claudio Borghi is keen to re-sign him.
14.14 BST: Israeli giants Maccabi Haifa have completed the signing of Argentine defender Ignacio Canuto from Argentinos Juniors.
13.19 BST: Real Zaragoza have confirmed the signing of former Argentina goalkeeper Leo Franco from Galatasaray. The 33-year-old has played in La Liga for Atletico Madrid and Real Mallorca in the past.
12.46 BST: AC Milan will not allow Ronaldinho to leave this summer unless any interested club makes an offer of at least €10m. Despite the risk of losing him on a free transfer in 2011, Milan are not willing to sell him this year for nothing or even a nominal fee. LA Galaxy and Flamengo are reportedly ready to swoop.
12.34 BST:We mentioned earlier that Jose Mourinho was looking at AC Milan defender Thiago Silva as a potential defensive acquisition for Real Madrid. But the Rossoneri player has underlined that he’s committed to Milan, saying: “I don’t have any intention of leaving Milan right now. I’m very happy, I’ve adapted well to life in Italy and I hope to have an excellent season.”
12.19 BST: Inter Milan striker Diego Milito is confident that Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano will be joining him at the Giuseppe Meazza this summer. Milito said: “We are very excited about Mascherano joining us at Inter.”
11.54 BST: One of the most ridiculous rumours we have heard today is that Zlatan Ibrahimovic could join Fulham. The Mail on Sunday claim that it could happen because new Cottagers manager Martin Jol has the same agent as the Barcelona striker. We have our doubts.
11.38 BST: Despite Arsene Wenger saying that he wanted to draw a line under the Cesc Fabregas transfer saga, former captain Thierry Henry has now had his say, admitting that he doesn't envy the decision facing the current skipper about whether to leave the Gunners for Barcelona.
10.59 BST: Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting that Jose Mourinho is considering which of four centre-backs he wants to bring in to strengthen the Real Madrid defence. They are Benfica's David Luiz, Porto's Bruno Alves, AC Milan's Thiago Silva and Manchester United's Nemanja Vidic. Moving Sergio Ramos to centre-back is also an option, to make way for the €30 million signing of Maicon.
10.11 BST: Parma have revealed their interest in taking Luca Cigarini back to the club from Napoli. Sevilla remain favourites to sign the midfielder - who moved to Napoli for €11 million last summer - but Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi told Mediaset: “I'd like to have Cigarini here again. He hasn't been given the space that he needs at Napoli to express himself. He would definitely have that space with us. If he wants to come back here then we will wait for him.”
10.02 BST: Reports in Italy suggest that Liverpool are considering making a bid for Juventus midfielder Christian Poulsen. The Danish international is an enforcer in the mould of Javier Mascherano - who could be set to leave Anfield for a reunion with former boss Rafa Benitez at Inter Milan.
09.52 BST: Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has revealed that the club will end up paying €17 million for former Palermo striker Edinson Cavani. De Laurentiis said: “We paid €17m for Edinson – €5m for his one-year loan, then another €12m which will be payable to Palermo over the space of four years.
09.41 BST: Benfica and Sporting Lisbon have been tracking Lille's Polish international Ludovic Obraniak, according to L'Equipe.
09.31 BST: Of course, one of the biggest stories on Saturday was Emiliano Insua's move from Liverpool to Fiorentina, but it has not been welcomed by Liverpool fan Vincent:
"I'm a huge Liverpool fan but this story of Insua leaving has hit me hard, let's be realistic he was the only outstanding player last season and letting him go would be a mistake."
