We'll be keeping you abreast as possible on the latest transfer talk in On The Move. You can catch the morning newspaper gossip in Paper Round and then follow the weekend's news here:
With the news that Cristiano Ronaldo's transfer is set to go through on July 1, the rumour mill has been pretty quiet so far this weekend, but there's still plenty to keep you guessing.
Reports that AC Milan are interested in Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor should come as no surprise, but the Italians have now made it quite clear that the Togo striker is their man... if moves for Edin Dzeko and Luis Fabiano don't come off, of course.
They've been in contact with Arsene Wenger and the Gunners boss has been ''friendly'' over the phone, which is not the impression we thought he would give when getting calls to sell his players. Still, it may not be long before Ade is on his way.
Aston Villa could have some cash to spend - and more than the £12m they got for Gareth Barry - as owner Randy Lerner says he'll giev Martin O'Neill some extra funding. Linked with Sol Campbell in the paper round, MON should certainly turn his attentions elsewhere.
He could really do with someone like a fully-fit Phil Jagielka. Although the Everton defender would be a bit of a hypocrite if he left Goodison when he'd just told the club that they need to retain their star players this summer if they are to challenge for a top four place. Imagine.
Reports in Italy have suggested that Inter's Mancini could be one his way to West Ham to keep Luis Jimenez company. And Gianfranco Zola does like pinching players from the Italian league, so don't rule it out.
Fulham have been linked with a fair few players in recent days as they look to cement their place in the UCL/mid-table/Europe/relegation for next season. Seol Ki-hyeon says he'll be back to help their push for whatever they end up pushing for - although Roy Hodgson might very well have replaced him by the time he gets back.
Portsmouth are also keen to cement their place.. erm.. somewhere.. and reckon they can't do that with veteran keeper David James still there. They're going to get a new manager at some point and if it is Vahid Halilhodzic (???) then free agent Yohann Pele - who was once linked with Arsenal - should start a new life on the south coast.
Bolton want Ferrie Bodde at the Reebok and have made a bid of £2.5m, according to Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins; but they're not going to get Christian Poulsen, and neither are Fenerbahce, as he's opted to stay at Juventus.
And finally, just to show you that paper gossip isn't always true.. a nice story we had in the morning roundup about Birmingham City manager Alex McLeish not wanting his new signing Giovanny Espinoza is rubbish. "The board have given me great backing so far so I'm dismayed by claims suggesting I am not happy with the signing of Espinoza," he told the club's official website. Props to the Sun for making everyone look a little silly.
