On The Move
Posted by Dale Johnson on 01/18/2009

As usual, the British press is always right, on the ball and getting to the heart of the matter. Which is why half of them say Kaka has signed for Manchester City and half say the move is off.

The Sunday Express claims it's done and dusted. But other papers are not so sure. The Sunday Mirror has an exclusive claiming AC Milan think he will turn City down.

And The Observer is getting in on the act too. They have a source claiming the £100m+ offer is "absolutely ridiculous" and he won't go to Milan. And how about a little twist? Well the ever reliable News of the World tips Real Madrid to hijack the deal.

And what will Milan do with all this wonga? The Sunday Telegraph says it will be coming back to the Premier League through a series of transfer raids.

Anything else going on with Manchester City? Well, after playing against them for Wigan on Saturday the News of the World claims Mark Hughes is in for Wilson Palacios.

And there's another one! City will usurp Spurs for a second time to get Craig Bellamy. That's in The Sunday Express.

Back with the entertaining News of the World, then, and they think Jose will be in for Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer.

Back to Spurs and their transfer splurge. Will Villa sell Nigel Reo Coker to be reunited with 'Arry? It could happen, according to, er, the News of the World.

It's probably best to wrap up the News of the World's speculation all at once. Ready?
Arsenal will pay £17m for Arshavin
Everton will move for Racing Genk's Barda
Kranjcar will turn down a move to Arsenal to stay at Pompey (!)
Big Sam wants Sinama Pongolle at Rovers

The Sunday Express is expecting Tony Adams to try and sign Patrick Vieira on loan. Pull the other one!

kaka will not leave if he follows his heart, and I hate it that loyalty is so ignored these days in sports, My hope is futbol still has some loyalty left, it's what makes it special and separates it from the stupid greedy usa system...kaka is for milan, he is a competitor, and milan is only a couple of good peices, young peices on the defensive side to go back to its championship ways...because once chesmistry and experience come together, milan will be number 1 again.... city??? never

I dont think kaka will choose to go Man City unless he is greed for money.Achievement wise AC Milan offers much more then Man City .1 fighting for Europe and domestic title the other fighting for relegation ? I think the choice is obvious only the greedy will choose Man City and i think Robinho fits that bill.
