Gutless, spineless capitulation with no ability to take advantage of the opportunity in front of them. City? No, Arsenal surrendering a 2-0 league and any hope of the League title in allowing a remarkable ten minute turn around by Wigan who emerged as 3-2 victors.

Derby day and it has to be said that I leaning towards United as the victors. No, I'm not a secret red and no I haven't turned in my City supporter membership. Styles make fights is a saying in boxing, but it is equally true in Football. City, on paper, do not match up well with United. Of course I'd love to be proven wrong.

Great interview with Carlos Tevez in the Daily Mail by Lee Clayton. I mean it is pro United muck raking at its finest, but you've still got to get the interview rather than the usual pro United anti City fare in the media that has little to do with fact. There's lots of hand wringing going on which leaves just one response...

Now that was something of a surprise. There was a sneaking suspicion that Birmingham would prove difficult to crack and that City would be lucky to come away with a hard fought odd goal victory at best.
Really I wouldn't have been surprised if the game had ended in a draw. Therefore a 5-1 hammering and, in the best cliché mode, it wasn't that close, was a very pleasant turn of affairs.
