"It's what we wanted for Christmas," said Claudio Ranieri after Inter's fourth win in a row. In the end it was 4-1 but it could have been 8-1 or 3-3. It could have gone either way. The Serie A's table certainly looks much better now for Inter, after their third win in a row, the fifth in the last six games. But that's all I can say today.

In this Inter blog we are a close family. This is how I see it. I always read with interest the comments and opinions of Aiyaz, Sam, Sia, Bellal, Nathan, Pietro... All very competent and well informed.

Thank God, Giampaolo Pazzini missed a possible equaliser from the penalty spot. Sometimes draws or even wins can do more harm than a healthy defeat. Because a streak of poor Inter performances this month have been hidden behind 'results' and a reality check was needed; Pazzini's error provided it.
