Like many I stumbled numbly away from the ground last Wednesday barely able to believe my eyes. Exit from the Europa League was avoidable, gut-wrenching and acutely unprofessional.

Westward Ho for the Whites this weekend as we head down the M4 to Wales. Brendan's new boys have made a reasonable start, but the Whites are building some momentum.

Fulham will look to end the week on a high by taking something from our game at the Liberty. Back to back wins would see us continue to climb up through a congested mid-table, but that's something we've yet to achieve this season. Monday's win, if a trifle fortuitous, has given us all a lift, while also creating some breathing space between us and the bottom three. Three more points from Swansea would transform the mood for December's demanding run of games.
