The buzz-word around the Chelsea camp after this weekend's loss at White Hart Lane is very much CALM!

And indeed we, the fans and the club, must remain so.

All is not lost, for starters - as pointed out by Carlo - we are still sitting on top of the table with a one point and three goal advantage.

Terry Calmly Walks Off After His Red on Saturday ©Empics

Yes, the performance on Saturday was dreadful, we haven't been so comprehensively beaten like this under Ancelotti, in fact not even since Scolari's reign when we got thrashed by Man United last year at Old Trafford.

But then again that performance came off the back of a very strong run, beating, the then leaders of the Premier League, Man United at Old Trafford and hammering Aston Villa 7-1.

People are saying John Terry lost his head. I'm not entirely sure two bookings can constitute a player losing his head - it isn't head losing of Joey Barton proportions for example.

So we need to stay calm and ensure that a slip up like this doesn't happen again. United are in a fortunate situation where a goal just 11 seconds from time took directed any flak away from a poor 93 minute performance in the Manchester derby.

The worst part of all this is that it is now 4 consecutive seasons we have failed to take all three points at White Hart Lane, our old three point stomping ground no longer!

Keep the blue flag flying high (but in an albeit calm fashion).

Pls what i will suggest is that the coach should select the right player for the remeaning Three (3) marches, and also he should use Kakuta and Surage instead of Anieka. secondly if i want to use Drogba, he can bring him in second half

Missing the pun title - calmer carryallon ( Boy George) would have been good. Still missing your profile,be brave and show yourself ! Confused why we didn't keep a consistency going after such a strong run, are nerves coming through now on the run in to the possible double ? Would be momentous to do this and wish Jose would stop going on about his Chelsea boys, been a few bosses since him and big tactical changes. I remember Ruud played this card for a while whilst we were winning silverware after his time. Gus regained the changing room and rebuilt the bond and it seems players have equal respect for Carlo so next 4 games will show their character now.

Mr.David i lke ur optimism but i find it hard to keep calm as do alot of chelsea fans. I really hope we can all the remaining games and everyone keeps saying we have 6 points from the home games already, i wouldnt be so eager to suggest that. Who is going to replace Terry on saturday. Has anyone realized that the top 3 leagues being EPL, La Liga and the Italian league, the leaders are only leading by a point, has this ever happened before?

JT picked a fine time to show how much discipline 100k STR per week buys. Answer not much. Bring on the up and under bombardment from Stoke with a patched up back four. There is no question in my mind that we should have snatched City's hand off with the 40m offer. They would have imploded when the Bridge scandal erupted in their dressing room. Oh well now Obi is out too so Ballack comes in with even less pace. I just pray that we go with Cole(s), Yuri and Anelka for a bit of pace. Drogba should be an impact sub, ditto Kalou. Anything less than a win and we can forget it. Utd have easy fixtures. I think the major problem last week was the late Utd goal. At 0-0 the Chlesea players would have been thinking 6 points from 4 games and we have done it. When they kicked off it had become 8 from 4, now it's 8 from 3. If that sequence carries on we are doomed. I'm not sure how much more I can take of this after the last few seasons. Now I know what it was like to be a Leeds fan in the late 60s.

Hey, I'm a big Chelsea fan from Kenya too! I sure hope the blues can come out with a win at Stoke...a loss would be such a huge advantage to United. Even with out JT it shouldn't be too hard. We just need Drogba out there scoring goals along with Lampard and Malouda on the wing. C'mon Blues!!!!

It is a sad experience to have been beaten by Totteham Spurs. I think the mistake came from the coach when an experienced coach discovers his player's furry then he needs to moderate the game by subsituting a lively player like Solomon Kalou instead of Joe Cole at right wing. Mostly Malouda has been the engine room of scores for us. He was tired and couldn't cope with the tempo of game therefore the coach needs to wing-swap to correct his weekness to enhance his spirit. Even if the best Messi is highly-spirited, he could only play with the same flow of the game. Let's Carlo Anceloti believe Chelsea is my team and I am strongly praying we take the cup. Blues till I die...
