It's funny, last week I was musing with a friend about our new found squad depth. 'Bolton Wanderers probably have the strongest bench outside the top six or seven teams', I boasted. Oh the irony, as they say.

Just four months remain in the Premier League season, and while Bolton still need a few more results to creep over the safety line, Owen Coyle should already be looking ahead to a potentially busy summer of ins and outs.

With six 'first team' strikers currently on the books at Bolton Wanderers, our situation might not look too disastrous. Fast-forward to next July, and we'll only have just two left, maybe only one.
