"Hi, I'm confused. If you are a Blackburn Rovers correspondent, why are you writing about Derby County?"

The Derby County site disappeared when Soccernet was hacked into, and they re-instated only the Premier clubs on new software. I write about both clubs, with a couple of angles e.g. the Rams would prefer Newcastle to come down for next season, as 4 of our 11 Premier points came from them last season. "Can we play you? Can we play you? Can we play you every weeeeeeekkkkkk?" I think they're good for 6 points now Shearer's in charge.

Another angle is a kind of benchmarking, in that surviving in the lower to middle reaches of the Premier is what we should aim for. At least for the first year, until Son of Clough gets his eye in. Still, as each Blackburn fan writes to me, I ask "Would you like to be Correspondent?" If so, I can recommend you, and I'll switch sites again until the Rams are restored.
